The Veteran Advantage is the community economic development function of LR3. LR3 believes that partnerships between veterans and community members have the power to transform lives, revitalize our experience of place, and (re)build mutual resilience.  These collaborations have tremendous potential to create sustainable community solutions for all!  This is the basis for LR3’s approach to community economic development.

Our Resilient Communities programs provide trauma informed resilience-capacity building training, population health initiatives, and community wellness program facilitation.    We see true wellness as a four-part ensemble: body, mind, soul, and environment. Each of the four ensemble parts play a key role in our experience of sustained wellness.  Using evidenced based practices, immersive blended learning, and participatory research approaches, LR3 works with community, corporate, and institutional stakeholders to crowd source solutions to a better world for all!

This applied learning approach is further strengthened through partnerships and collaborations with regional universities, public health leaders, key stake holders, and corporate partners.  All working to design, train, facilitate, and evaluate initiatives that explore resilience and wellness at the individual, group and community levels.

Strategy Implementation Process (SIP)tm represents the advisory services of LR3. The SIP process takes a client from a vision to measurable and executable strategies in three steps.  SIP has been successfully deployed in fortune 500 corporations as well as community-based social enterprise ventures.  The LR3-SIP success difference is in how the 3-stage SIP process is able to convert the motives and intent of key stakeholders into measurable performance indicators that provide critical project status feedback from the very beginning of an engagement. SIP is a scalable model, designed to be a custom-fit for each client assignment.

LR3 SIP clients are referral only. Based on the needs of the client, SIP can be structured to operate under one of three engagement support models: (1) full direct-service management support; (2)coaching and team-augmentation support; (3)training, education, and process facilitation support.
